Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows the nutritional composition of dandelion seeds. Not the plant, the actual seeds, just like sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds. I’m just curious, because they look similar to sunflower seeds but are thinner. I know they are edible in wild food/foraging circles, but they’re very hard to collect since they’re so small. I’d really like to know if anyone has done an analysis on their nutritional value.
