Hi all, there’s a recipe I found from a Gordon Ramsay video that I’ve been cooking, and its quite simple and delicious. I was looking to elevate it beyond just what the basics, and was wondering what you all recommend adding? I was thinking of adding a spoon of fish sauce, but I’m not too sure what else and would love some suggestions!
Here’s the recipe:
Cook tagliatelle to al dente.
Saute onions and slices garlic. Crumble in sausage (skin removed). Once browned, add halved cherry tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and crushed pepper let it cook down. Near the end, add some reserved pasta water, and once at the right consistency, add pasta. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
