Looking for some clarity.

I prepped chicken breast – 65.12 oz which is 16.28 servings if each serving is 4 oz.

After cooking the chicken it came out to be a little over 36 oz.

I read that weighing your food raw is most accurate due to the weight loss. When water is pulled out and it weighs less, why are we not measuring it then?

If we go off raw that means that – 2.25 oz of cooked chicken is 1 serving. That means I just need 4.5 oz of cooked chicken for around 50g of protein? Is that correct? That seems like easy amount of eating for protein intake. Just looking for someone to help explain – thanks!
